The Salchichón Sausage by Casa de la Montaña, is a 100% natural product that preserves the tradition of the pork slaughter in the cold mountains of León.

It is made from selected pork meat, mixed with pepper and other spices from the traditional recipe, and dried and cured naturally in our facilities, in order to offer you a perfect snack at any time of the day.
