We are producers of different varieties of chorizo sausages; 100% pork chorizo sausage and beef chorizo (mixed with lean pork). We use the ancient recipe of artisan family butchers in the mountain of León, with paprika and other spices, that has passed on from generation to generation.
The best of our meat and natural spices with a unique smoking and curing proccess, in order to obtain a delicacy, Chorizo Casa de la Montaña.
